Program options

Choose the format that fits your life and vocation. Each program leads to a full CPE unit. Required materials are listed separately and are the same regardless of format.

Winter 2026 Unit

12-Week Intensive · Online-Hybrid

Nov 30, 2026 – Feb 21, 2027

Application Due: Nov 2, 2026

Schedule: Online group sessions + supervision, clinicals in local on-site context
Faculty: Certified CPE Supervisor-Educators
Tuition: $1,375
Clinical placement: Students are responsible for finding their own clinical site where they work or volunteer as a chaplain (300 hours per 12 weeks, or an average of 25 hours per week). Common settings include senior living facilities, long-term care facilities, hospice, hospitals, correctional facilities, non-profits, congregations, parachurch ministries, police, chaplain, first responder, or corporate settings.
